Yes. A second driver is free on all self-drive bookings. We just need their licence details before the handover.

In high season (July, August, December) book at least a week ahead. Outside those months, same-day is usually fine.

No deposit for bookings under seven days. Longer rentals take a 30% deposit, refundable up to 48 hours before pick-up.

Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before pick-up, subject to the car being available for the new dates.

At the international or domestic arrivals hall, right after customs. Our driver holds a sign with your name and tracks your flight number for delays.

Nothing to do. We track the flight and adjust the pick-up. There is no waiting charge for delays outside your control.

Third-party liability and major damage, with an excess of IDR 2,000,000. Full cover reducing the excess to zero is available at IDR 75,000 per day.

Driving without a valid licence or IDP, driving under the influence, and damage to the underside of the car on unsealed roads.

Bank transfer, all major cards, GoPay, OVO and QRIS. You can also settle in cash at handover for self-drive bookings.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up. Inside 24 hours we keep 50% of the first rental day. No-shows are charged one full day.

Yes. Free delivery across Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Sanur and Nusa Dua. Ubud and further north carry a small delivery fee shown at checkout.

Self-drive cars come with a full tank and should be returned full. Fuel is included on all with-driver bookings.
