In 2021 we had a single car and a WhatsApp number written on a card at a Kuta guesthouse. Guests kept asking the same two questions: will the price change at the end, and will someone actually answer if something goes wrong.
Five years on we run six cars and a team of drivers, and those are still the only two questions that matter. Everything we do is arranged so the answer stays no and yes.
Insurance, unlimited kilometres and delivery are in the number you see. Nothing is added at handover.
WhatsApp answered by a person between 6am and midnight, seven days a week.
Serviced between every rental, delivered clean with a full tank and working aircon.
